3. Responsible use of AI outputs
Splitroom outputs are AI-generated, probabilistic, and directional. You agree that you will:
- Not present Splitroom outputs as human research, primary consumer research, or a substitute for real audience testing when communicating with clients, investors, regulators, or the public.
- Not use Splitroom outputs to make consequential decisions about individuals (for example, hiring, credit, insurance, or public benefits).
- Comply with the disclosure rules of any client, platform, or regulator that requires you to identify AI-generated analysis.

- Pursue any other remedy available to us at law or equity.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe content or conduct on the Service violates this AUP, please report it to abuse@satak.tech. Include enough detail (the account, URL, simulation ID, and a description of the violation) for us to investigate.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates the most recent revision.
