What is a panelist?
A synthetic consumer generated by our Audience Engine — a persona with an age, income, lifestyle, buying behaviour, and cultural context calibrated to your panel spec. Each panelist reads both of your creatives, forms an opinion with a clear reason, and votes. More panelists means more voices, tighter cohort splits, and rare objections that would otherwise stay invisible.
What happens if I hit my monthly run limit?
You'll see an upgrade nudge in the dashboard. Existing reports stay accessible forever — you only lose the ability to start new simulations until the next billing cycle or an upgrade. No auto-charging, no surprise overages.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrading is instant and prorated for the remaining days. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal so you keep what you paid for. Cancellations end at the current cycle's end — no partial refunds, but no auto-renewal either.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 7 days of your first paid charge if Splitroom didn't deliver what you expected. Reach out via the Contact page (choose Support) with your workspace name and we'll process it. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Full terms in the Refund Policy linked below.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking through Cashfree. Enterprise invoicing is available on annual contracts — talk to sales.
Is my data used to train your models?
No — nothing you upload trains any model. Your history stays private to your workspace and only sharpens your own runs: past verdicts become context for future ones, and outcomes you report back are stored alongside your simulations. If we ever propose using customer data for model improvement, it will be opt-in, aggregated, and anonymized — and you'll hear it from us first. Details in the Privacy Policy.
