Refund Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026Effective: July 6, 2026

We stand behind Splitroom. If the product doesn't do what you expected within your first paid week, we'll refund you. Here's the full story so there are no surprises.

1. 7-day refund window

You can request a full refund on your first paid charge within 7 calendar days of the payment date, no questions asked. This applies to any tier — Solo or Agency — and to both monthly and annual plans on their first purchase.

2. What isn't refundable

  • Renewals of a plan you have already used past the first 7 days (upgrades within the 7-day window remain refundable).
  • Enterprise annual contracts, which are governed by the individual agreement signed at purchase.
  • Charges older than 7 days from the initial payment date.

3. How to request a refund

Reach out via the Contact page under the Support department. Include:

  • Your workspace name.
  • The email you signed up with.
  • A short line on what didn't work — helps us fix it for the next person.

We reply within one business day.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days and typically appear on the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. UPI refunds are usually faster (24–48 hours).

5. Cancellations without a refund

You can cancel any subscription at any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to all paid features until the end of the billing cycle you already paid for.

6. Questions

Anything unclear? Ask us at /contact before you buy — we'd rather answer the question than refund the confusion.
